Our founder is David Spencer who has been at the sharp end of hospitality for over 18 years. He now brings this experience, insight and knowledge to the table with Chefs Etc Recruitment.
David’s experience in hospitality is wide-ranging particularly due to being a member of the Royal Navy. His military background includes serving within Great Britain but also abroad- The Royal Fleet based in Southampton, The Falkland Islands & The Gulf Conflict.

Within a normal hospitality setting, David has experience of working within all types of establishment, right the way up to 5* luxury hotels. David has a broad pedigree of culinary diversity that fully equips him with the skills to fulfil any placement.

Came across Chefs Etc on a Facebook group. I was in need of a chef asap and with two other agencies letting us down at the last minute.  I decided to call Chefs Etc and spoke to Dave. He was very helpful in telling me how they work and their prices. I told him what I needed and with that, I had a chef at 10am the next morning.
