My client is looking for a Temp Cdp & Sous for this wonderful property overlooking the beach. Serving Bistro style food from fresh local fish to southwest meats. This property is in a great location and now you could be working here.
They are in need of a Temp cdp to fit into the kitchen and support the the commis on the sections and as well as backing up the sous. Must know how to handle Fish and meat as well as making sauces.
Head chef must be able to run a busy Kitchen doing up to 150 covers per day. They have a team of 4 already in place and need a Sous to lead them with the head. Must understand Coshh,Haccp and fifo. Must be able to stick within the kitchen Gp and able to run a kitchen to the highest level. This not a Sous role where you get to sit in the office hours on end so if you that kind of chef, This is not for you!
You must be able to drive as the Hotel room is a few miles per day but you will be able to add on 1 hour per day for petrol
Rate: Cdp £20 Per Hour / Sous £28 Per Hour
Start Date: Asap

Invoice: Direct to client weekly (Utr/Ltd only)
