My client is looking for an Interm Head Chef for a country Pub in the Cotswolds. They are an upmarket venue and offer some of the best food in the area. They are looking for an Interm Head Chef who can take control of a 1 Rosette Pub
Rota’s, Budgets, Staff control, Kitchen paperwork. In other words, All aspects of the kitchen. They are offering £19 per hour for an Intrerm Head & 38k for a full-time Head Chef
As the Head Chef, you will need to help you younger members of the team learn the menu and work alongside them. Be as confident preparing & cooking food as you are plating & expediting dishes for others. Be confident in working with fresh ingredients as much as possible. Maintain a safe, secure & clean environment by following standards & procedures. Contribute to the menu of dishes on the Specials board & be able to work well under pressure during busy times.
