My client is looking for a Jnr Sous chef on the island of Guernsey.
They are 60 seater restaurant serving fresh produce from the island including fresh veg and meat. The sea offers fresh fish every day and the restaurant will update its menu with local fish. They have many awards including 2 Rosettes. They have a few restaurants on the island and looking to add to there team.
