My client is looking for a seasonal head chef for a coaching hotel in Jersey. They are offer 28k for 6 month’s work. They are a small hotel open from 6am to 9:30pm serving with breakfast, lunch & dinner
You will have a team of 1 sous, 1cdp,1 commis and two kitchen porters who are local. your role will be to oversee this hotel for the 6 months and get them through the season on the island. You will near town and within reach of the center.
Cooking fresh & frozen to make the client happy and the outsiders who eat in the hotel. They can offer a flat for 6 months with great sea views from your flat. The shifts are from 2pm and then 5pm to 9pm 5 days for 4 of the day and then 6am to 3pm on day 5
They just want a Head chef who comes with no drama or not a prima donna and in return, you will be looked after. They will pay for your travel one way and when you end your contract, They will pay to get you home.
