My Client is looking for a Sous chef for a Bistro in North Devon for the 2020 Season. The role starts Mid February and will end in October. This role comes with a 2 bedroom Flat. The property is located near the beach and serve plenty of fresh fish as well as pies and homemade puddings. They located near holiday camps and can cater for a lot of families.
There do covers of 200+ on a busy day and you be working with a team of 5+ chefs They are offering 5 days week with 10-hour shifts subject to change in the summer and school holidays where it will then be a 6-day week on a 12-hour shift

- Proven experience as Sous and team management.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
