2020 Seasonal Sous Chef, North Devon, Feb till Oct, 25k

My Client is looking for a Sous chef for a Bistro in North Devon for the 2020 Season. The role starts in February and will end in October. This role comes with a live-in Flat. There are located near the beach and serve plenty of fresh fish as well as pies and homemade puddings.


There can over 500 on a busy day and you be working with a team of 5+ chefs They are offering 5 days week with 10-hour shifts subject to change in the summer holidays. This role will suit a cdp looking for a step up. The food they serve is cafe/Bisto food and are located in a little village near holiday camps along the coast.
