Sous Chef, 2 Rosette, Cotswolds 34k

My client is looking for a new sous chef who is able to join the team and make the push with the head to move towards the 3rd rosette. The are a quaint little country pub that offers gastro style food.

The Role

The sous must be able to produce food on a rosette level

Must be able to train the young chefs and help them train along with the develop of the team

Be able to help create new dishes keeping in lines with the gp and using local produce

Must have knowledge of fish and meat and be able to butcher

To help and manage the kitchen in abscess of the Head Chef
